At Vintage Jewelry Group, we're passionate about sharing unique vintage jewelry with our customers. As a small business serving the entertainment industry and beyond, we've crafted a fair and transparent return policy. Please review carefully before purchasing.
For All Customers-
Return Window-
-Returns must be requested in writing within 14 days of receiving your order.
-Condition: Items must be returned in original, sellable condition (unworn, undamaged, with store tags attached). We reserve the right to deny returns for items that appear used, altered, or damaged.
Restocking Fees-
-Entertainment Industry Customers: A 50% restocking fee applies to all returns to cover processing high-volume orders common in film, TV, and other productions.
-Non Entertainment Customers: Returns of 1-2 items incur no restocking fee. Returns of 3 or more items are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Return Shipping-
All Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable, insured method, as Vintage Jewelry Group is not liable for items lost or damaged during transit.
Refunds-
Approved refunds (minus any restocking fees) are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned items to your original payment method.
How to Request a Return-
Email us at contact@vintagejewelrygroup.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions for returning items. All items are inspected upon receipt to ensure compliance with our policy.
Important Notes-
-Vintage items: Due to their one-of-a-kind nature, some vintage pieces may be non-returnable. This will be clearly noted on the product page if applicable.
-Defective or Misrepresented Items: If an item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 14 days. We'll resolve the issue, which may include a refund or replacement, per applicable consumer laws.
-Material Disclosure: We strive to describe materials accurately (e.g., metals, gemstones). Contact us before purchase if you have allergy concerns, as we cannot accept returns for undisclosed sensitivities.
