Two pairs of vintage 1930's-40's, mother of pearl, fan shaped, dangle earrings. Chinese in origin these pretty earrings are light weight and have never been worn. The fan design has been intricately carved with geometric patterns, including lines, triangles, and semicircles, resembling the ribs of a traditional hand fan.The mother-of-pearl material gives the earrings a subtle and beautiful iridescence. Screw back closure. Approx. 1" Wide X 1 1/4" Long. These earrings are in remarkable vintage condition showing little (to any) signs of wear.
